Spectral Healing
If you’re not sure where to go next on your healing journey, this is for you.
This journey through the chakra system is a more direct form of healing, working directly over each chakra to bring you back to wholeness. Moving up from the root to the crown, your 7 main energy points will be opened, cleansed, re-aligned and sealed up again with pure, loving light. Spectral healing can stimulate a lot of beneficial and powerful shifts during treatment from increasing energy to inducing blissful sleep, from highlighting deeply ingrained wounds to transmuting emotional response patterns.
Spectral healing is wonderful for easing blockages, releasing stagnant energy and realigning your chakras for an improved sense of health, mental clarity and wellbeing. If you’re feeling out of balance, having difficulties with emotional health and even suffering physical pains, healthy chakras can attribute to a more harmonious and healed life.
This treatment involves standing and sitting but will close with relaxing reiki on the bed.

Distance Reiki
Great for pets too!
Transcend time and space and allow the energies of reiki to nourish and support you in a time and place where you can be in total comfort. Distance reiki holds its potency regardless of where you are; the healing energy is directed to you and the benefits and relaxation will still be deeply felt. Using crystals to represent your energy, you will receive a full reiki healing and be supported back to the here and now with a guided meditation, allowing you to integrate the wonderful healing you have honored yourself with.
Not only is distance reiki sometimes more convenient, it allows me to send it to pets and situations too. Animals are exceptionally receptive to energy healing and distance reiki allows me to direct healing to them without causing distress in travel.
Situations such as interviews, journeys and moving house are some examples that can be eased and supported with reiki.
