A Journey to Self
Take yourself on an energetic journey to your very essence. Be cleansed, healed and re-empowered as we start in your auric field and focus deeper into your pure and authentic self. Exploring your energies’ specific needs in the moment, this is a potentially interactive and co-operative journey. Your ceremony will be intuitively tailored using a blend of hands on Reiki, spectral healing, channelled sounds and symbols, crystals, sound, massage, visualisations, EFT, Touch for Health, ‘Parts’ exploration and affirmations. Your Journey starts with a warming foot bath to ground, detox and relax you for the healing you are about to receive. Allow yourself to be de-layered; seen and held as you come back to your divine self and be nourished by the genuine love you so greatly deserve.
If you have an intention, then this is the journey for you! Feeling into what it is you want to invite/release as we sip ceremonial Cacao (120min ceremony only), we move into our deep and intuitive ceremony. This Journey awakens and uncovers your own energies, cleanses any blockages, creates space for your expansion, honours your need for rest and re-aligns you with your inner-self, your wisdom and your power.
I created this personal ceremony with the intention to ‘unload’; unload all the energies we pick up, unload all the mind-chatter, unload the demands of everyday and for you to be truly honored and loved by spirit, by myself and, most importantly, by yourself too.

*Ceremony timings are approx as sometimes the healing may need longer. Please allow for 2 hours(ish) from your arrival time to allow for pre and post journey chats and any other things which may come up. If you do need to rush off, please let me know so we can honor the time accordingly.
