Massage is a wonderful way to release, relax and refresh. Rooted in Western massage techniques and Usui Reiki, I intuitively blend various techniques to honour the specific calls of your mind, body and spirit. Each session follows a similar path yet it’s always a unique journey.
This is a true moment of blissful TLC, nourishing relaxation and deep physical unwinding.
The longer session allows me to really connect to your body’s needs, loosening tight knots, soothing tense muscles and sinking into your energetic field. We carry a lot of emotion in our physical form which usually gets overlooked in a traditional massage this is why I blend my two modalities, to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hands-on Reiki
Using Usui Reiki, you will be honored with a full, head to toe energy healing. Peaceful and gentle, the benefits of Reiki are not to be underestimated. Allow your mind, body and spirit to be nourished, soothed and energised in a powerful way. Delve in to your spiritual depths as you drift off, tune into your wonderful body as you allow yourself the time to be healed, calm an over-taxed mind and endocrine system for better sleep and clarity, feel refreshed and unburdened, allow your body to enter a state that supports your immune system and gives you an all round mood-boost.
Reiki is one of the most beautifully simple yet undeniably powerful healing modalities available to us. By taking time to honor yourself in this ancient and effective way, you send ripples of healing, relaxation and vitality through your body and soul that last for far longer than our time together.

Distance Reiki
Transcend time and space and allow the energies of reiki to nourish and support you in a time and place where you can be in total comfort. Distance reiki holds its potency regardless of where you are; the healing energy is directed to you and the benefits and relaxation will still be deeply felt. Using crystals to represent your energy, you will receive a full reiki healing and be supported back to the here and now with a guided meditation, allowing you to integrate the wonderful healing you have honored yourself with.
Not only is distance reiki sometimes more convenient, it allows me to send it to pets and situations too. Animals are exceptionally receptive to energy healing and distance reiki allows me to direct healing to them without causing distress in travel.
Situations such as interviews, journeys and moving house are some examples that can be eased and supported with reiki.
